Satisfying customers – this goal often degenerates into an empty phrase. In times of digital transformation, customer advice often comes up short and products and after-sales service frequently fall short of consumer expectations. In order to identify the brands that customers in Germany are really satisfied with, PLUS X AWARD commissions an annual survey: exclusively for PLUS X AWARD, the German Institute for Product and Market Evaluation asks men and women aged 20 to 65 from all German states which brands they are particularly satisfied with in various categories. This identifies the companies which, in the view of these consumers, keep their promises, offer high-quality products as well as good service. They earn the award for the highest customer satisfaction.

The “Highest Customer Satisfaction 2022” award is based on an online survey that took place in April 2022. 5,286 valid votes were cast in the survey. This made it possible to identify a total of 53 brands that were awarded accordingly.

The 2019 Highest Customer Satisfaction award is based on an online survey that took place in July 2019. During the survey, 3,147 valid votes were cast. This made it possible to identify a total of 46 brands that were awarded accordingly.

The 2018 Highest Customer Satisfaction Award is based on an online survey conducted in June 2018. In the survey, 3,488 valid votes were cast. This made it possible to identify a total of 73 brands that were awarded accordingly.
